Se zubem, kde bylo třeba vyčistit kořenové kanálky, jsem musela na návštěvu 4x, jen samé tahání peněz a výsledek v nedohlednu. Měla jsem silný pocit, že je to cílené a že dělám pokusného králíka, jak už někdo zmiňoval. Cena pokaždé vyšší než bylo řečeno. Po manželovi, který šel na běžnou preventivní prohlídku, nepříjemná sestra chtěla peníze a nechtěla mu vydat mé RTG snímky, o které jsem s předstihem žádala, ani s plnou mocí. Takže musel začít křičet. Naštěstí jsme našli jiného stomatologa - kvalitního a s přijatelnými cenami. SCA nedoporučuji. I also have a negative experience. I had a strong feeling that it was targeted and that I was making a guinea pig, as someone mentioned. The price is always higher than said. After her husband, who went for a routine preventive check-up, the unpleasant nurse wanted money and did not want to give him my X-rays, which I had requested in advance, or with a power of attorney. So he had to start screaming. Fortunately, we found another dentist - high quality and reasonably priced. I do not recommend SCA.
Z	Zbynek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po dohodě o provedení rekonstrukce horní a spodní čelisti - hybridní náhrady- po 10ti měsících (30 návštěvách) se místní laboratoři podařilo jednou zničit otisk pro zhotovení matrice, ani po šesti opravách horní náhrady, z toho 4x samotným vedoucím laboratoře tato neplní svoji funkci. Po každém zásahu prohlásí, že od něj je to vpořádku. Majitelka firmy a zároveň vedoucí lékařka mlčí. Po těchto zkušenostech s úrovní práce jsem upustil od hybridní náhrady spodní čelisti. Byl mi zhotoven provizorní můstek, který se nepovedl. Druhý můstek přilepený vedoucí lékařkou po 5ti dnech spadl. Takže po 13ti měsících za 75 tisíc korun nemám nic funkčního. Za 3 měsíce jsem mohl mít obyčejnou protézu na pojišťovnu. Majitelka firmy sama navrhla vrácení peněz. Nyní dělá obstrukce: počkáme až si protéza sedne atd. Nezbývá mi, než oslovit soudního znalce a případ řešit u soudu. Důrazně varuji před touto firmou. In 3 months I could have an ordinary prosthesis for an insurance company. The business owner herself proposed a refund. Now he is obstructing: we will wait for the prosthesis to sit down, etc. All I have to do is contact a forensic expert and resolve the case in court. I strongly warn against this company.
P	Pavel Kučera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dva týdny před návštěvou v rámci domlouvání termínu jsem do telefonu popsal přesně to, co od tohoto zařízení očekávám (určení typu zubního implantátu a typu náhradního dílu v podobě krycích šroubů). Recepcí jsem byl ujištěn, že jsou schopni nám pomoci. Maminku jsem přivezl 350 km za tímto účelem, abychom na místě zjistili, že jejich specialista na zubní implantáty tam bude až za 2 týdny. Taktéž jsem nebyl nadšený z přístupu zdravotní sestry, která pracuje pod paní doktorkou Gajdošovou. Útrpný výraz při našem přijímání si zachovala i při pohledu na náš rentgenový snímek a neopomněla nad ním kroutit arogantně hlavou. Nemyslím si, že je takové chování v pořádku. Samozřejmě, že se všichni omlouvali za omyl, který vznikl při našem objednávání, bohužel nám to k ničemu nebylo. Naštěstí pro nás nás obratem přijalo jiné zařízení, kde náš problém vyřešili asi za 3 minuty. Of course, everyone apologized for the mistake made when ordering, but unfortunately it was useless. Fortunately, we received another device for us, where we solved our problem in about 3 minutes.

Paní Mudr. Komárková byla velmi trpělivá, vstřícná, udělala si čas na vysvětlování variant dalších kroků ze zdravotního i finančního hlediska a znalosti na mne působily velmi fundovaně. Měl jsem pocit moderní péče na evropské úrovni. Děkuji. Přístup a péče, kterou zde nabízí mě strachu ze zubaře zbavili. Stejně kvalitní je i péče o děti. Mé se na návštěvu těší, jdou bez strachu a péči si užívají s lehkostí. Kvalita zubařů je vysoká. The receptionist told me that they have no place on Monday but she can make an appointment on Tuesday at 13:45 (unusual hour so I repeated it over the phone). I settled in with parience for 24 more hours of pain, thinking it will be over soon. Guess what? On Tuesday, at 13:30, when I got there, I found out there is no appointment at all. No matter how nice the people may seem, they are not professional. My advice is to avoid it.
