Anbei Bilder meiner Katastrophe – hier trifft nicht alles das Verschulden von CENTRAL-POOL sondern einen großen Teil meinen insolventen Poolbauer gegen den ich vor Gericht gegangen bin. Mein CENTRAL-POOL ist undicht – kein Problem es gibt ja eine Dichtigkeitsgarantie. Nur möchte CENTRAL-POOL davon nichts wissen. Ich selbst wurde sogar noch beleidigt: „Ihre Unfähigkeit, sich um das Wasser im Becken zu kümmern“ – Geht leider nicht, wenn der Filter nicht korrekt angeschlossen wurde. Hilfe bekomme ich nur gegen den Einwurf von Münzen: „Wenn Sie unsere professionelle Hilfe oder Intervention vor Ort wünschen, geben wir Ihnen auf jeden Fall gerne ein Preisangebot.“ Auch die angedeuteten fast unsichtbaren Schweißnäht der Platten sind deutlich sichtbar. Mein Pool ist ab Werk verrohrt worden und es gibt anscheinend keine Prüfungen. Traurig macht mich nur, dass keinerlei Hilfe erfolgte. Diverse Emails wurden erst gar nicht beantwortet. If I were to build a pool again, then not with CENTRAL-POOL. Here are pictures of my catastrophe - not everything is due to CENTRAL-POOL but a large part of my insolvent pool builder against whom I went to court. My CENTRAL-POOL is leaking - no problem there is a tightness guarantee. But CENTRAL-POOL doesn't want to know anything about it. I myself was even insulted: "Your inability to take care of the water in the pool" - Unfortunately, this does not work if the filter is not connected correctly. I can only get help against the insertion of coins: "If you want our professional help or intervention on site, we will be happy to give you a price offer." The indicated almost invisible weld seams of the panels are also clearly visible. My pool has been piped at the factory and there appear to be no tests. The only thing that makes me sad is that no help was given. Various emails were not answered at all.

Kvalitu produktu nekomentuji, konkurence nabízí lepší a hlavně, HLAVNĚ více proklientský přístup. ztráta času... CentralPool never again. They are not very friendly to clients, or rather a beautiful example of unprofessionalism. I do not comment on the quality of the product, the competition offers a better and, most importantly, MAINLY more pro-client approach. waste of time...
