H	Holka Cestovatelská on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa , žádná ochota , ani Vám neposlou SMS , jen email že mezi 8 a 18 h mi doručí balík , když druhý den přišel email , že jako nikdo nebyl doma , jsem tam volala ,že to teda jako nechápu , protože doma jsem byla od 14:00 a nikdo nevolal ani dopoledne ani odpoledne ,tak mi paní sdělila , že jsem si měla v 10h zavolat sama na depo , kde mi dají číslo na řidiče a toho se zeptat v kolik asi dorazí , Ato mě stála doprava 499kc . Tak jsem teda druhý den volala za své peníze a optala se řidiče , on že si kolem 10 a že odpoledne prostě nerozvazi , my všichni pracujeme a doma jsme po 14 a 15 hodině ale je na ně už pozdě , balík nešel zaplatit online , aby mi to jen mohli nechat na za vraty . Takže jsem si stejně pro to musela dojet .Hrůza . Zrovna teď jsem si chtěla objednat online šaty a když mi tam skočila DPD automaticky jako doprace , ani jsem to nedokončila . Už s nima nechci nikdy nic mít , podle mě si tyhle recenze ani nečtou , jinak by snad byla nějaká změna , budou se brzy divit až nebudou co mít rozvážet.No tato firma absolutně není ta kterou mohu někomu doporučit , ani zadarmo bych si od nich už nic nenechala doručit. Ato cost me transport 499 CZK. So the next day I called for my money and asked the driver that he was around 10 and that he just wouldn't leave in the afternoon, we all work and we're home after 2pm and 3pm but it's too late for them, the package didn't go online to me they could just leave it at the gate. So I had to go for it anyway. Horror. Right now I wanted to order an online dress and when DPD automatically jumped in there as a companion, I didn't even finish it. I never want to have anything with them again, in my opinion they don't even read these reviews, otherwise maybe there would be a change, they will soon be surprised that they won't have anything to deliver. she had nothing left to deliver.
F	Filip Zich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednaný balík skládající se ze 4 kusů mi měl být 7.6. Doručen. Včas jsem si změnil datum doručení na pátek 10.6. Abych byl doma a čekal na balík. Nikdo se mi 10.6. Ani neozval a nikdo mi nic samozřejmě nedovezl. Telefonicky jsem si musel zjistit co se stalo a bylo mi řečeno ze zásilka nemohla být doručena, protože je nekompletní. Volal jsem tedy na e-shop, kde mi bylo řečeno, že mají podpis od DPD a vše si přebrali. Vše se začalo řešit až v pondělí 13.6. A nevyřešilo se nic. Dpd vrátila zásilku zpět do e-shopu, e-shop mi tvrdil že zásilka mi dojde 17.6. A nikdo mi nedal žádné další informace. Nyní stále čekám na zásilku. So I called the e-shop, where I was told that they had a signature from DPD and they took over everything. Everything started to be solved on Monday 13.6. And nothing has been resolved. Dpd returned the shipment back to the e-shop, the e-shop told me that the shipment would arrive on 17.6. And no one gave me any more information. Now I'm still waiting for the shipment.

Takže si vezmu v práci volno na daný čas. No včera jsem se dočetl, že jsem změníl datum dodání. To jsem neudělal, ale ok. Chyba někde se bloudí. Dnes opět balíček bude, já volno balík nikde. Do tu se nepodařilo se doručit. Já doma hodinu před Doručením a půl hodiny po dorocuní se dozvím, že nás nešlo kontaktova[. A to je hezký, takže w dvou hlídáme kdy dojede. Takže super spolek. V Chrudimi DPD zaváží jen do firem a na soukr. adresy kašle, je to zkušenost opakovaná, ale neměl jsem možnost volit lepšího dopravce. Pravda i PPL se zde zhoršilo a ta dříve fungovala skvěle. Nedávno kolegovi házela balíček přes plot přímo z kabiny řidiče a ujela. Horrible company,no reliability, responsibility for shipment outside czech Republic!!! No friendly customer service . Only recommended shipment to czech cep and Slovakia.
