Here I am a very dissatisfied client, centropol was not able for a month after signing the contract to have electricity connected to the apartment.

Že blokují ze všech sil přechod k jinému dodavateli bych jim ještě neměl za zlé.
Alarmující však je, že prarodičům, u kterých se přechod k jinému dodavateli realizoval, opakovaně po telefonu vyhrožovali, že je odstřihnou od elektřiny a plynu a už je nikdo jiný nepřipojí a proto nesmí k jinému dodavateli přejít.
Na konec jsem zjistil, že podomní prodejce dokonce zfalšoval podpisy mých prarodičů na smlouvách.
Je odporné, co si na lidi dovolí zřejmě jen proto, že vidí, že stojí proti někomu v pokročilém věku, kdo už se nemusí úplně přesně v této problematice orientovat.

Attention - these are cheaters and extortionists!
That they are blocking the switch to another supplier I would not blame them yet.
However, it is alarming that grandparents who have switched to another supplier have been repeatedly threatened by phone to cut them off from electricity and gas, and no one else will connect them, and therefore must not switch to another supplier.
Finally, I found that the doorsteper even falsified my grandparents' signatures on contracts.
It is disgusting what they can afford to people only because they see that they are facing someone of an advanced age who may no longer be able to focus on this issue.
Shame on you!
