★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme řešit reklamaci s elektřinou. Objednali jsme se dopředu a tak jsme vůbec nečekali. Ale ani tak tam nebylo moc lidí a vše šlo v pohodě. Paní za přepážkou ochotná, vše vyřešila. Prostředí příjemné, čas při čekání si můžete zkrátit kávou z automatu, dali jsme si kapučíno a šlo to.
We were dealing with complaints with electricity. We booked in advance so we didn't expect at all. But even so, there weren't many people and everything went well. The lady behind the counter was willing, she solved everything. The environment is pleasant, you can shorten the waiting time with coffee from the vending machine, we had a cappuccino and it worked.
