Co se kamenneho obchodu tyce, tak obsluha rychla, mila, ochotna, velmi hezky zarizeny❤️
 The prom was great, we all enjoyed it. 100% recommend.
As for the stone shop, the service is fast, kind, helpful, very nicely furnished

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedním slovem KATASTROFA! 4.6. Jsme si vybrali balonky na kamenné prodejně s tím, ze jsme je rovnou zaplatili a dnes 11.6. V 9:30 jsme si je měli vyzvednout na oslavu. Otevírací doba od 9:00 bohužel neznamenala nic a ještě v 11:00 na prodejně nikdo nebyl. Cca hodinu jsme strávili obvolavanim prodejen v jiných městech. Šli jsme teda koupit balonky jinam. V pul 12 mi zvoní telefon s tím, ze si muzu prijit pro balonky… dekuji nechci. Alespoň ze nebyl problem s tím vrátit peníze. Takže dnes muzu s klidným srdcem rict, ze balonkomat nikdy vic.
In a word, DISASTER! 4.6. We chose balloons at the stone shop with the proviso that we paid for them straight away and today 11.6. We were to pick them up for the party at 9:30. Unfortunately, the opening hours from 9:00 meant nothing and no one was in the store at 11:00. We spent about an hour calling stores in other cities. So we went to buy balloons elsewhere. At mid-12, my phone rings, saying that I can come for balloons - thank you, I don't want to. At least it wasn't a problem to get your money back. So today I can say with a calm heart that the balloons never do more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nedoporučuji!! Chtěla jsem si domluvit balonky na svatbu : na sms zprávy nereagují, na zprávy na fcb nereagují, telefon nedostupný.
Pan majitel má už asi vyděláno a proto nemusí reagovat na volání a zprávy.
Takže já jdu koupit jinam.
Absolutely not recommended !! I wanted to arrange balloons for the wedding: they do not respond to SMS messages, they do not respond to messages on fcb, the phone is unavailable.
The owner has probably already earned and therefore may not respond to calls and messages.
So I'm going to buy somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice milá a příjemná obsluha. Balónky nám drží už přes měsíc a stále jsou krásné. Ze svíček mají snad největší výběr, jaký jsem kdy viděla. Děkuji, že jste nám udělali oslavu ještě krásnější.
Very nice and friendly staff. The balloons have been holding us for over a month and they are still beautiful. They have perhaps the largest selection of candles I've ever seen. Thank you for making our celebration even more beautiful.
