★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi neprofesionální chování, paní byla nepříjemná, neochotná, nechtěla nám poradit, vysloveně nám řekla, že si máme vybrat na internetu a přijít zaplatit. Na to ale nepotřebuji cestovní kancelář, můžu dojednat přes internet.
Very unprofessional behavior, the lady was uncomfortable, reluctant, did not want to advise us, expressly told us that we have to choose the internet and come to pay. But I do not need a travel agency, I can negotiate over the Internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neprofesionální jednání, nezájem o klienta a neochota (a to jsme zájezd předem vybrali, tj. v podstatě služba bez akvizice ze strany pobočky). Standardně nevyužíváme služeb CK, nicméně z důvodu destinace jsme tak výjimečně učinili a Exim opravdu více ne. Nepředány důležité informace (platba víza v hotovosti, řešení testů před návratem, žádné informace o destinaci). Na položené otázky jsme bohužel neobdrželi odpověď a vše si zjišťovali následně sami. Na infolince obdobně, neinformovanost. Takto po lockdownu vypadá servis v CK.

We do not use travel agency services as standard, however, due to the destination we did so exceptionally and Exim really did not. Important information not provided (payment of visa in cash, solution of tests before return, no information about the destination). Unfortunately, we did not receive an answer to the questions asked and we then found out everything ourselves. Similarly on the infoline, ignorance. This is what the service in the travel agency looks like after the lockdown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nabízejí zájezdy ke kterým ani nemají volné letenky! Po rezervaci se měli ozvat za 10minut, nikdo se neozval a po osobní návštěvě nám vše zkazila nepříjemná a neochutnal paní, ani neměla tu snahu nám nabídnout jiný zájezd??
They offer tours to which they do not even have free tickets! After booking, they were supposed to contact you in 10 minutes, no one answered, and after a personal visit, everything was ruined and unpleasant for the lady, nor did she have the effort to offer us another trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi nepříjemná starší paní s červenými vlasy. V 8.55 jsem čekala na otevření, paní v 9.00 otevřela, řekla mi ať počkám, že si musí skočit do banky a zase zavřela. Přišla po 15ti minutách, a nebyla ochotná mi pomoci s příjezdovým formulářem. Velmi nepříjemná návštěva.. Příště zvolím jinou cestovku.
Very annoying elderly lady with red hair. At 8.55 I waited for the opening, the lady opened at 9.00, told me to wait, she had to jump into the bank and closed again. She arrived after 15 minutes, and was unwilling to help me with the arrival form. Very unpleasant visit .. Next time I will choose another trip.
