★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme si dali valentýnskou degustační večeři o 6ti chodech a k tomu výběr vhodných vin od zkušeného someliéra. Rádi bychom celý tým pochválili, jidlo i piti bylo jako vždy na velmi vysoké úrovni, opět jsme zažili nečekané spojení chutí, barev a ingrediencí.
Bylo nám ctí, že některé chody přinesl sám šéfkuchař Roman Čaník.
Vysledek byl perfektni.
 Today we had a 6-course Valentine's tasting dinner and a selection of suitable wines from an experienced sommelier. We would like to praise the whole team, food and drink were, as always, at a very high level, again we experienced an unexpected combination of flavors, colors and ingredients.
We were honored that some courses were brought by the chef Roman Čaník himself.
The result was perfect.
