★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starbucks rozsiril svuj koncept konecne i do Teplic ?? Moderni vzdusne prostredi kavarny vhodne pro rodinna setkani nebo pracovni schuzky. Je tu mila obsluha. Kvalitni kava od espressa, cappucino, latte... v menu za rozumnou cenu ?
 Starbucks has extended its concept to Teplice ?? Modern airy cafe environment suitable for family meetings or business meetings. There is a nice attendant. Quality coffee from espresso, cappuccino, latte ... in the menu for a reasonable price ?

Stoly uplne zalepene no proste hnus frapuccino katastrofa.
Tragedy will never be more if I don't give it a single star.
Tables completely glued but just disgusting frapuccino disaster.

CO BYCH SI PŘÁL ZLEPŠIT = Aby obsluha aktivně otírala stoly po hostech. Na teplické pobočce opakovaně stoly zapatlané - někdy víc, někdy míň. Je to nepříjemné. Kord v dnešní době... :-/
Great coffee, many variations. Nice and pleasant service. I like to visit SB.
WHAT I WANT TO IMPROVE = For the staff to actively wipe the tables at guests. At the Teplice branch, the tables are repeatedly clogged - sometimes more, sometimes less. It's unpleasant. Kord nowadays ...: - /

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kafe ze Starbucks miluju, je to nejlepší káva vůbec teda až do dnešní objednané kávy na kterou se vždy na podzim nejvíce těším na pumkin spice latte. Dnes k večeru jsem navštívila prodejnu v Teplicích a obsluha nebyla zrovna příjemná, ale to kafe? Vždycky výborný, nikdy jsem si nestěžovala, ale vždy bylo u dýňového latte jiné koření a dnes jen skořice? Šlehačka bez chuti a káva chutnala spíš jako horší kurkuma latte s příchutí gumy, nechutnalo mi a bylo mi špatně. Bojím se, že po této zkušenosti to byla má poslední návštěva. Za dnes kdyby to šlo nedám ani tu jednu hvězdičku.
I love coffee from Starbucks, it's the best coffee ever, until today's ordered coffee, which I always look forward to most in the fall for pumkin spice latte. Tonight I visited a store in Teplice and the service was not very pleasant, but the coffee? Always delicious, I never complained, but was there always a different spice for the pumpkin latte and just cinnamon today? Tasteless whipped cream and coffee tasted more like a worse turmeric latte with a gum flavor, I didn't like it and I was sick. I'm afraid this was my last visit after this experience. I won't give a single star for today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem opravdu nebyla spokojená...dala jsem si malé dýňové s kamarádkou..měla jsem oproti kamarádce půlku kelímku a ta šlehačka? No nic moc dali na to skořici přitom vždy v jiné dny bylo jiné koření a ještě se chovali arogantně...poprosila jsem pro mě a pro kamarádku lžičku a podala mi to ? jako nevím co to mělo být...dnes to kafe vůbec nechutnalo jako dýňové a ani nevypadalo a to chování do toho ještě...dnes opravdu nepříjemné
Dnes jsme byli v kavárně v Teplicích kolem 19:00.
Today I was really not satisfied ... I had a small pumpkin with a friend ... I had half a cup and the whipped cream compared to my friend? Well, they didn't put much cinnamon on it, but there were always different spices on other days and they were still arrogant ... I asked a spoon for me and my friend and handed it to me - like I don't know what it was supposed to be ... today the coffee didn't taste good at all like a pumpkin and it didn't even look like that and the behavior was still ... really unpleasant today
Today we were in a cafe in Teplice around 19:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mostly prefer independent coffee shops to chains like this, but this is one of the better Starbucks: nice and open space, spotlessly clean, tasteful wooden tables and decor. Spacious outdoor seating with sofas.
Note: no toilets here – customers have to use the toilets in the adjoining shopping centre.
