Very good residence with apartments and private bathrooms in each room, a really good view! The staff are very pleasant and can speak English. Too bad the access to the swimming pool is quite expensive. I recommend !

The photos looked better than reality ... Unfortunately, breakfast in the room in practice means that you get it at the door the day before at night, so it will never be fresh. The details in the room, such as the painted door panels from the painter or the damaged furniture, do not, in my opinion, belong to this price category! Unfortunately, I had higher expectations

Due to the price of the room and the quality of similar accommodation, the experience was below average. It is clear that the hotel specializes in Arab clients, which will probably pay more for average service. The required services (flowers) in the order were not realized, they were forgotten. Breakfast is not available, but for that price it is standard today. Some drawers did not work in the room, the hair dryer was not ready for the baby, although it was reported in advance. The solution of the kitchen, where there is no drawer on the line and one has to heat tea on the ground or elsewhere temporarily around the room, is unfortunate due to accommodation with a small child. Room cleaning was done quite casually. Again, given that the young child is moving on the ground, I will appreciate the basic wiping of the floor. Unfortunately there was too much dust. The air conditioner has not been cleaned for a long time, dust is sticking out of the exhausts, which is due to the fact that the air conditioning is the only supply of air to the bedroom. Overnight, one wakes up with a completely sore throat. The staff at the reception is fine. Instead of a cup as the hotel's attention, I would focus on improving service. The listed wellness is not worth the price increase, given that many of the listed relational zones do not work the day before - salty, aroma. I understand that it is in terms of energy savings, on the other hand, a person wants wellenes 50 CZK per bathrobe, and if it does not bring it within 5 minutes, it is a big hello where the money is. We do not plan another visit to the hotel.
