M	Maťa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já teda chodím k pí. doktorce Dvořákové a nemohu si na ni stěžovat. Při první návštěvě byla velmi vstřícná, empatická a citlivě mě vyšetřila. Vše mi vysvětlila, ukázala, podpořila. Co teda ale musím podotknout, tak sestřičky na recepci se tváří kysele, nezdají se mi moc ochotné a dovolat se byl zázrak. Objednání jde ale vyřešit jejich online objednávacím systémem a nemusím s nimi přijít do kontaktu. So I go to pi. Dr. Dvořáková and I can't complain about her. On the first visit, she was very helpful, empathetic and sensitively examined me. She explained everything to me, showed it, supported it. But what I have to point out is that the nurses at the reception look sour, they don't seem very willing to me, and it was a miracle to call. However, the order can be solved by their online ordering system and I do not have to come into contact with them.

Very good experience, almost without waiting, nice clean environment, Dr. Hrabálková was fine, kind and sensitive, Mrs. nurse also very kind and helpful.

Před dvěma měsíci jsem se po dvou dnech volání konečně dovolala a paní recepční byla vyloženě arogantní a dávala mi neustále najevo, že ji obtěžuji a že chce co nejdřív zavěsit. Čekala bych v dnešní době jiný přístup k pacientům. Jinak po odborné stránce mám s doktory zde jen dobré zkušenosti. It is not possible to call there during office hours, I call again and again and in the end it always hangs up. It's unprofessional. Two months ago, after two days of calling, I finally called and the receptionist was downright arrogant, constantly showing me that I was harassing her and that she wanted to hang up as soon as possible. I would expect a different approach to patients these days. Otherwise, from a professional point of view, I have only good experience with doctors here.

V	Veronika Hrbackova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hledala jsem dost dlouho alespoň průměrného gynekologa ve svém městě (Znojmo). Bohužel neúspěšně. To mě zavedlo tedy do Brna do Centrum Dvorak. Ve finále jsem za to strašně rada ! Jsem u p. Sukupove a jsem vděčná. Konečně mi někdo řekl, co mi je a nediva se na mě jako bych si něco vymyslela. Do toho má lidsky přístup a vše vysvětli. Za mě úplně super a určitě doporučuji ! I was looking for at least an average gynecologist in my city (Znojmo) for quite a long time. Unfortunately, unsuccessfully. So that took me to Brno to the Dvorak Center. In the finals, I'm really happy about that! I'm with Mr. Sukupov and I'm grateful. Finally someone told me what was wrong with me and didn't look at me like I was thinking something. He has a human approach to it and they explained everything. Absolutely great for me and I definitely recommend it!

Nejenže zákrok byl špatně vykonán+mám z toho zánět ledvin, ale nejlepší byl přístup personálu. Například 45 minut po zákroku mě nikdo o ničem neinformoval, nevěděla jsem ani, jestli mohu na toaletu, tak jsem po 45 minutách zkusila zvonek, na který samozřejmě nikdo 10 minut vůbec nereagoval. I přesto, že jsem byla objednána, tak jsem na zákrok musela čekat 2 hodiny. Nehledě na to, že je dle mě naprosto nemístné, aby personál pomlouval pacienty hned po té, co za nimi zavřou dveře. Sem již nikdy víc! I absolutely do not recommend. After the operation, I had to be hospitalized in the Brno University Hospital. Not only was the operation poorly performed + I have kidney inflammation, but the best approach was the staff. For example, 45 minutes after the procedure, no one informed me about anything, I didn't even know if I could go to the toilet, so after 45 minutes I tried the bell, to which, of course, no one responded at all for 10 minutes. Even though I was ordered, I had to wait 2 hours for the procedure. Despite the fact that I think it is completely inappropriate for staff to slander patients as soon as they close the door behind them. Never again!
L	Louisa Last on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, horrible people. I had an urgent appointment, because I had a serious issue and I needed help. First the lady on the reception kicked me out, because I wasn't their patient and said I can't become a patient because I am not fluent in czech (why would you make me an appointment then???). Then we called again and the "doctor" said she is waiting for me. I went there and a nurse said I can't go because my czech is not good enough and the doctor doesn't speak English. She was aggressive, unpleasant and just didn't let me even see the doctor. What kind of people are those??? How can you study medicine and be a doctor and refuse a person in need help? I am in pain and I am crying there and they just tell me they won't help me... I can speak a little czech and also we can use a phone to translate the missing pieces. Or someone who speaks English there can come and help us. But no... These are not people. Horrible experience.
