P	Pavel Kolouch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji spolupráci panem Břečkou. Již bylo dohodnuto podepsání rezervační smlouvy. Pan Břečka se však neozýval. Po urgenci mi lhal důvod nepodepsání smlouvy. Pak jsem zjistil, že smlouva již byla podepsána s jiným zájemcem. Chování tohoto makléře považuji za neférové a neetické. I do not recommend cooperation with Mr. Břečka. It has already been agreed to sign a reservation contract. Mr. Břečka did not answer. After the emergency I lied to the reason for not signing the contract. Then I found out that the contract had already been signed with another candidate. I consider this broker's behavior unfair and unethical.

A	Andras Simonfai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst real estate agency at all. Not recommended. Because of them I lost my best option. For the monthly salary of a normal people their average speed was 1 email exchange per day. Agents not picking up their mobiles, requests via mail considered as nothing. The office receptionists can't speaks any languages out of local, so whoever calling them they just cut the line. Even when I asked already for a bank data to transfer money, I didn't get answer for days. Later on was notified by another agent of the 'kind' company that the flat was already taken, so maybe they can offer another (even on my reply I didn't get any feedback or offers yet).
