★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovoluji si tímto reagovat na zkušenost p. Valenty, s RK OMEGA REALITY. Mohu si to dovolit, jsem majitelem bytu, který měl být předmětem pronájmu. Upřímě jsem rád, že se pronájem bytu dvojici Valenta a Brandová neuskutečnil, protože žádný majitel bytu by takového nájemníka ve svém bytě opravdu nechtěl. Rád bych uvedl níže uvedené skutečnosti, které objasní, jak to opravdu bylo, neboť dle mého názoru RK dělá svoji práci velmi dobře a kvalitně. 1) ano, termín nastěhování jsem 2x měnili, oba termíny byly telefonicky s výše uvedenou dvojící konzultovány a nebyl jakýkoliv problém ani s druhým navrženým termínem 2) na základě informací o odstoupení od rezervační smlouvy jsem se rozhodl dočasně přestěhovat a byt uvolnit k původnímu termínu dle původní dohody - takže dohoda nebyla porušena, ale naopak dodržena 3) z mého pohledu jsme ztratili 4 týdny čekání na podpis nájemní smlouvy
Takže pokud to shrnu: pokud by výše uvedený pár Valenta / Brandová normálně přišel, že si našel v mezičase tj. mezi podpisem rezervační smlouvy a smlouvy nájemní, něco lepšího - asi to dokážu pochopit a věřím, že se dokážeme domluvit jako lidi.... bohužel namísto toho se snaží jen s lidmi lidově řečeno "vyjebat". Takže pozor pro budou majitele bytů, kteří budou této dvojici cokoliv pronajímat.
I would like to respond to the experience of Mr. Valenta, with RK OMEGA REALITY. I can afford it, I own an apartment that was to be the subject of a lease. I am sincerely glad that the rental of the apartment to Valenta and Brandová did not take place, because no apartment owner would really want such a tenant in his apartment. I would like to state the facts below, which will clarify how it really was, because in my opinion, RK does its job very well and with quality. 1) yes, I changed the date of moving in twice, both dates were consulted by phone with the above double and there was no problem with the second proposed date 2) based on information about withdrawal from the reservation contract, I decided to temporarily move and vacate the apartment to the original date according to original agreement - so the agreement was not violated, but on the contrary complied with 3) from my point of view we lost 4 weeks waiting for the signing of the lease agreement
So, to sum it up: if the above-mentioned Valenta / Brand couple would normally come to find something better in the meantime, ie between signing the reservation contract and the lease agreement - I can probably understand that and I believe that we can agree as people ... Unfortunately, instead, he only tries to "fuck" with people. So beware for apartment owners who will rent anything to this couple.
