Chápu, že ho práce nebaví, ale k zákazníkům by se takto chovat opravdu neměl. Připojuji se k prosbě předchozí hodnotícího zákazníka a prosím najděte mu kurz přinejmenším slušného chování. Nebo ať raději nepřichází do kontaktu s lidmi. Když jsem ho slušně požádal o pomoc s čerpacím automatem, tak ze mě dělal hlupáka, který není schopen pochopit, jak jej ovládat. Pro úplnost, mě podobné chování standardně nechává chladným, ale jeho nepřiměřená reakce na slušnou prosbu o pomoc, mě donutila napsat vám tohle hodnocení. Aktuální ceny bezkonkurenční, což je hlavní důvod pro navštívení této benzínky. Super bonus jsou přístupné a čisté toalety. Budu chodit dál. EDIT: Děkuji za reakci. Jsem rád, že jsou Vaším cílem spokojení zákazníci. Ovšem pokud vidím, že podobnou zkušenost tu popisují recenze staré 2 měsíce, 6 měsíců a 2 roky, tak buď je sám starší pán vedením benzinky, nebo je Vaše tvrzení jen fráze pro klienty. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Palivo zřejmě dobré, pokud je to opravdu palivo Shell. Zkušenost s benzínkou mi kazí neskutečně arogantní postarší pán za kasou, kterého zřejmě štve, že vůbec musí dělat s lidmi. Několikrát už se mi během interakcí s ním stalo, že na otázky reaguje otráveným tónem a dnes jako bonus měl blbé řeči ke kolegovi, že jsem přišel na benzínku v 6:58, když otevírají až od sedmi. Po vyčištění palivové soustavy a doplnění paliva u konkurence (auto vpořádku) jsem zde znovu natankoval plnou nádrž a auto začalo vykazovat tytéž příznaky než jsem dal auto do servisu.
