M	Mat Rogers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was ok, one of the waiters was very attentive and accommodating… one was outright rude and the don’t take cards - in 2022! Prices and tips make this expensive and the walk to the atm really annoying. If you’re going to rip off the tourists, at least let them swipe the card.

Waiters are super rude, i haven't received any service except bringing me food with grumpy face. The waiter intimidated me and demanded from me more tips, cause they were not included in the bill. He told me: "i work for nothing", I recommended him from my experience (in customer service)in a very polite way to be more friendly next time, but for sure I was cursed after my recommendation, I could see it from his face.. :) Don't go there please!

On a sunny April Saturday, sat on their lower terrace right by the water, I doubt anyone in Prague was sat on a more stunning location. The food was okay. Goulash was obviously reheated and the portion was small but it was tasty. Sides not included of course. Blueberry dumplings for desert were freshly made and very nice. It was expensive for what we had but we knew we were paying for the view. Beer was cold. Coffee was fine. The service wasn’t terrible but wasn’t good either. Again, about what we expected. Cheekily a basket of bread we didn’t ask for appeared during our meal which we were charged for. I quite happily deducted the cost of it from the tip so unless our waiter owns the place his bread upsell is costing his pocket not mine! As other reviewers have noted, cards not accepted. With the same food, but a bit more care over the service, this place could be mega. As it is, it’s just about okay if it’s a sunny day and you you’re happy to pay for the view. Be prepared for a few cheeky/rude tourist to pop in and take pictures of the view. Maybe that’s why the waiters are a bit grumpy?
A	Alexandru Aionitoaei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2.3 is an impressive average for this establishment! This place is the definition of a tourist trap. I get the high prices given the beautiful location. What is horrible is the attitude of the waiters which is consistent to what you'll get in most central restaurants in Prague. It's a good place to go if you want to experience it. Rude waiters, asking for tips and schooling you on how it works and how much you should give before you even asked for the bill. At the end, despite not finishing drinks and food being told "goodbye" and hinted at leaving just because the tip did not suffice. Why would you ruin such a beautiful place with such poor customer service?

Dishes are not in line with the menu, the waiter was rough. You can’t pay by card and nobody warns you beforehand. They have very nice view on the Charles Bridge (Karluv most) and the interesting idea with “the narrowest street”, but they must improve the service as soon as possible
