★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER! Never again. COVID just ended in Prague an the RUDE SERVICE is back. I was yesterday with my partners to show them this place. I was 5 time there last 2 years with my business friends 10-15 people. But downstairs. Yesterday they told me to go away to the other place if we want to drink only a beer. I speak their language so it was not a mistake. The brunette girl was AGGRESSIVELY RUDE!! So never again. Old RUDE times are back in Prague. So don’t be stupid and don’t go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend to go there. I ordered a salad with goat cheese and beetroot, but waitress brought me other salad (it was cucumber and tomatoes only). When I asked why she didn’t brought me what I ordered, she told me it finished and it is mixed salad witch was not even mentioned in the menu ?
The waitress was impolite and on the end we received unexpected charges.

After 2 hours i am still waiting for my bred.
The waiter was arrogant, unbearable, constantly rolling his eyes. That's not how you should treat your customers.
Moreover, they did not speak English.
Miserable. Extremely miserable behavior!
Do nor recommend at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They pour heir beer short (way below the 0.5 litre mark). The marinated cheese was not great, tasted like it was laid down earlier today, not mature at all. The price charged for it wasn't the same one as advertised (see photo). They wouldn't bring you tap water. It's high 20s C outside... Service was good but there are much better places in this gorgeous city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food and not so pricy. I've seen the other reviews and I am surprised that they got that treatment. Our bill was correct, we didn't have to pay for either cutlery or unwanted bread. One thing that could improve is the attention to the guests. But as alot of guests were arriving at the same time it was not surprising that things took longer than expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was expensive what they offer for and additionally, they have ask money everything they bring on the table. We have paid side dishes additional, bread etc.. I wouldn't go if I knew it before. The ambiance is OK. There are much nicer places around.
