E	Enormity on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jidlo se nedalo jist, obsluha neprijemna, pani ukrajinka se ptá, jestli chci zeleninu, tam rikam nechci a i tak ji da na talir! Priserne!! The food was not sure, the service was unpleasant, the lady Ukrainian asks if I want vegetables, I don't want to say there and still put it on a plate! Priserne !!

PS: Osobně jsem testoval a doporučuji bramboráky s uzeným a také svíčkovou. Another great Prima Bašta branch, if you want to quickly get rid of hunger and do not want to be stuffed with a burgra or chicken in a giblet, I definitely recommend visiting. Guláš byl přesolený, pivo v pohodě ale "frankfurtská" polévka neměla s původním receptem pranic společného !!! Byla v ní ve velkém množství MRKEV, jenž tam nemá vůbec co dělat a celkově se ani chuť nepřibližovala původnímu receptu. Když jsem mojí výtku sdělil kuchařovi, suše jen poznamenal: "My to tady takhle děláme". Tak jsem mu řekl, že takhle si že zákazníků dělají akorát srandu !!! Už sem v životě nezajdu, protože takový zavádějící přístup k označení původního receptu spolu s s výsměchem až arogancí jsem ještě nikde jinde nezažil !!! P.S. - ještě že alespoň to pivo neprošlo rukami kuchaře !? Kdybych za jídlo nemusel platit, vyhodil bych ho... Today I have here Frankfurt soup, Hungarian goulash and Budvar beer. The goulash was salted, but the beer was fine but the Frankfurt soup had nothing to do with the original recipe! There was a lot of MRKEV in it, which had nothing to do there, and overall the taste was not close to the original recipe. When I told my complaint to the cook, he merely remarked, "We are doing this here." So I told him that this is how customers are just kidding !!! I will not go here anymore, because such a misleading approach to designation of the original recipe along with ridicule and arrogance, I have never experienced anywhere else !!! P.S. - at least the beer didn't pass the chef's hands!? If I didn't have to pay for the food, I would throw it out ...
D	Daniela Šutová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes špatně splněna objednávka. Vždy zadávám přesně co chci. Např. kuřecí řízek s hranolkami, bez oblohy a citronu. Dnes doručen řízek s brambory a oblohou. Po opakovaném volání, pouze sliby a skutek utek. A to pominu, že často se stává, že jídlo je nedodělané. Dávala jsem této restauraci šanci i přes chyby, které se stát můžou. Ale po dnešku, již NÉ, nikdy více. Order poorly fulfilled today. I always enter exactly what I want. E.g. chicken fillet with french fries, without garnish and lemon. Today delivered steak with potatoes and garnish. After repeated calls, only promises and deeds escape. And I will omit the fact that it often happens that the food is unfinished. I gave this restaurant a chance despite the mistakes that can happen. But after today, NO, never again.

Myslím, že celkové špatné hodnocení je zaviněno hlavně ruskou obsluhou, která ani netuší, že ze ke svíčkové se nedává citron se šlehačkou. Při obsluze bych očekával spíš opravdického českého kuchaře, než naprosto zmatenou Rusku. Možná je levná, ale celkově může firmu stát pěkný prachy. I give five stars for the excellent sirloin steak. I think that the overall bad evaluation is mainly due to the Russian staff, who have no idea that there is no lemon with whipped cream. When serving, I would expect a real Czech chef rather than a completely confused Russia. It may be cheap, but overall it can cost the company a lot of money.
