Na místě nám bylo naslibováno hory doly s příslibem jak nic není problém. Po návštěvě technika kvůli internetu měla být maličkost jít vyměnit modem na jakoukoliv pobočku a zavolat prodejci OC Krakov ohledně zrušení stávající smlouvy. Prodejce nekomunikuje a je nedostupný. Po návštěvě jiné pobočky nám bylo sděleno, že popsané postupy pana prodejce z OC Krakov nejsou možné. Nyní platíme za oba internetové tarify s tím, že ani jeden není funkční. Tudíž opět musíme navštívit jinou pobočku, kde snad budou schopni chyby pana prodejce z OC Krakov napravit. Proto doporučuji jakkoliv jinou pobočku než OC KRAKOV. We are very dissatisfied with the approach of the seller from the branch of OC Krakow. We drove over half of Prague due to the allegedly advantageous offer. We were promised on the spot mountain mines with the promise that nothing is a problem. After visiting the technician for the Internet, it was a small thing to go to change the modem to any branch and call the dealer of OC Krakow to cancel the existing contract. The seller is not communicating and is unavailable. After visiting another branch, we were told that the described procedures of the seller from OC Krakow are not possible. We now pay for both internet tariffs, with neither one working. Therefore, we have to visit another branch again, where they will hopefully be able to correct the mistakes of the seller from OC Krakow. Therefore, I recommend any branch other than OC KRAKOV.
