They are cheating on their own customers. I submitted a termination notice and it wasn't registered properly. They didn't give me any written confirmation about that either, and I thought that it's OK because I didn't know how should the procedure look like. Now they are trying to charge me for additional 2 months telling that the notice period just started.

I have been there to restore my Vodafone app password and had felt extremely uncomfortable from the personnel's attitude that started as soon as figured out that I am a foreigner. I was even asked where I am from even though he didn't need such information for the service and got an expression such as "himm..." with staring at my face after I have answered. His attitude remained all over the conversation and kept staring at my face in a quite weird way. I suggest the readers to go a more foreign-friendly branch instead. As response to the employer's text: Hi Martina. Thanks for your kind reaction. No, I could not convince the employee that I am the owner of my own SIM so I haven't gotten my new password yet. Despite I have been studying and working in Prague as a researcher and have been using the same number for 3 years, I was asked for the time when I topped up the last credit and what the amount was. I didn't remember the exact day and the amount (just why I would keep in mind), so my request was declined. Thanks, again, for your response and I am going to follow the link you shared with hoping that you to be same careful on the employees as well as you are on your customers. Regards

As a foreigner living in Prague I would strongly advise against visiting this place or get Vodafone on your phone in Czech republic. In March I agreed to their RED offer 8 GB per month for 399 CKR per month which is ok however as soon as I went abroad (Slovakia) everything stopped working and after some investigation I found out that this offer as all the other without free minutes or sms has the roaming blocked and it cannot be changed so no one can call you or send you sms and of course no internet. Nowadays I think everyone wants to travel abroad and if you are without your phone you are basically cut off from the world. In my opinion what they are doing is illegal and can cause economical and personal damage. They didn't even bother to warn me about it. I went to T-Mobile, much better offer.

Worse service ever. If you have the possibility to use a different provider, do it. I finished my contract 9 months ago, and they still don't want to close my contract and want more and more money from me. Instead of explaining why they just reassigning my requests to the vindication company. Keep away from them!

I wish I could put a -1 star. Terrible customer service, I went there for an issue with my billing as they charged me twice for the same month due to my flatmate leaving and changing the titular, but they were sneaky enough to send the two bills to each one of us, thinking we wouldn't communicate to each other. I went to ask for an explanation and they avoided responsability, they gave me a phone number to call in which the associate didn't speak English. It's funny how Vodafone will do anything to squeeze money out of their customers and when you stand up to ask for explanations, they just hide and avoid you.

Unfortunately it is not possible to give “-5” stars…because it is the perfect example how customer service should not work. For 2.5 months they are not able to fulfill my order, charge me the wrong tariff, apologize for the mistakes…ask me for support and offer me 1 months for free while blocking my account because I didn’t pay (the wrong invoice!!!). And then there is a guy that explains you that you have 30 days cancel policy while not understanding that they still did not manage to fulfill what I ordered…neither can confirm that we have a valid contract in place nor how we came to the valid contract which according to him has to be in place because there is an account…arguing with a monkey would have made more sense - with all due respect!

Extra-extra-extra slow service. After visiting this office I really want to change the internet provider. UPD: visited this office one more time, absolutely opposite impression: problem solved in 5 min, really attentive service. Thanks. I hope Vodafone would follow this standard
