I když se jednalo o dárek, čili js za zboží neplatila a nevztahuje se na něj reklamace, bez problémů mi powerbanku vyměnili. Zbozi dorazilo druhý den. Rychlá komunikace, fajn přístup k zákazníkovi. Spokojenost, doporučuji.
 I ordered a phone for which the power bank was a gift, after a week I found out that the power bank does not work. Even though it was a gift, ie I did not pay for the goods and it is not covered by the complaint, they exchanged my power bank without any problems. The goods arrived the next day. Fast communication, nice approach to the customer. Satisfaction, I recommend.
