Je to dobře zásobené papírnictví, ale kvůli těm slečnám jsem vždycky nákupy raději dělala v papírnictví My národní, kde mají milí personál. Dokonce září 2017 jsem kupovala synovi novou aktovku tam a penál, ani tak nebyli příjemnější. Bohužel. Kazí to velmi dojem z obchodu a tu zkušenost má dost lidí!! Přesně jak tu popisují - protočení panenek očí a problém odpovídat na dotazy. Přeci princip je, že zákazník přijde utratit své těžce vydělané peníze znovu jen když je 100% spokojen. Teď jsem si přes Váš eshop objednala aktovku s doručením na Rafo Bělehradská. Ani se neobtěžovali napsat email či zavolat, že už tam dorazila a je možné ji vyzvednout. Opět jsem musela sama zjišťovat. Vemte si příklad z Alza.cz!! Tam všechno funguje jak má! Včetně slušného a příjemného chování personálu.
