★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to open a business account and after collecting my documents and ask many questions the told me that approval should take one day, so they will call me on the day after. Unfortunately they did not call so I called back and they said that they did not send my information for approval so they aske me again the same questions and again they said that they will call me back the day after. Of course they did not call back, so they keep saying the same thing for 1 week, and then when I called them again, they said that my request was rejected. So they made me to waste 1 week, I went to another bank that opened a business account for me in 2 days, so they if they do not need new customers is their problem, I take my money somewhere else. Unprofessional behaviour, not recommended.
