Šel jsem do Komerční. ( v hale jsem byl sám, bankovní obsluha za sklem a má roušku ) Úroveň 0. Nádherné prostory ale v likvidaci a personál tomu pomáhá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone was very pleasant and patient, even though I don't speak Czech. I went several times and there was never any difficulty finding an English-speaking colleague to help me out. The double-height lobby space is spectacular, with large paintings and classic ornamentation, and simply a pleasure to spend time in. There is a water fountain which helps to make a normally stressful wait more relaxing. There are even games for children with a touchscreen and a small interior playground. Perhaps the best banking experience I've had!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to open a bank account today - everyone was super nice and friendly, they all spoke English reasonably well and there was no waiting time whatsoever. I was pleasantly surprised :) Also what a nice interior this building has!

I received a response within 24 hours and was easily able to make an appointment. A special thank you to Mr. Moussamri for the patience, advice and time he provided. It was such a relief to experience this kind of customer service. Based on his level of professionalism, I would happily give 6 stars if I could!
