I came to your store asking for an examination and new glasses. After my examination, it was determined that I do not need new glasses because my older ones from 4 years ago are still good. I do not see far very well and I thought i was the one who was mistaken. After I chose a frame, it was agreed that I would have the same prescription for my eyes. After receiving my glasses, I pointed out that I could not read with them. The answer was "Your eyes should adjust to the new focus". After one additional day, I came to store, complained that I cannot read anything on my monitor. The glasses give me headache after reading a book. My poor review is because, instead working with me and help me get the correct number. The lady kept insisting how I was wrong and this glasses was right according to my prescription which she took. I was told the length of cylinder (Whatever that is) had to be reduced because my old glasses was curved and new one isn't. I don't know this and I am not a doctor. I don't know if you are right or not. All I know is I can't see with your glasses. I am not interested in medical jargon. I just want to see like I used to. You did offer to change the lens for me. But after blaming me for my poor choice of glass number, I am not sure if it would be wise to spend more money for yet another mistake which would be my fault. I have heard enough of how I am wrong about my own eyes.

VYHÝBAT SE!! AVOID!! What kind of business orders the wrong product trying to trick you into buying more? They still owe me 5,000 Kč. The eye exam they gave me showed that my previous prescription from four years ago was still good for seeing beyond 50 cm, but my old frames needed replacing, so I requested new distance glasses with that prescription and a pair of reading glasses for closer than 50 cm. What this company delivered instead were one pair of glasses good to see closer than 40 cm and a second pair in which they switched the prescription to one good only to see objects between 40 and 70 cm. When I said that that was not what the eye exam revealed nor what I asked for, the manager said that I needed to buy a third pair of glasses to see beyond 70 cm. I pointed out that I could see perfectly fine with my old glasses from 50 cm and beyond, as proven by the eye exam. In front of him, I read text from three different distances to prove it. The manager claimed that wasn’t possible, I only had an “opinion” that I was seeing well with them, and I had to listen to him and buy a third pair of glasses. I have worn glasses for nearly 50 years and I have never had a company behave in such an underhanded and dishonest way. It took two weeks of demanding, and a threat of legal action, before the manager finally agreed to provide the prescription that the eye exam found to be correct for me, but the manager refused to refund the 3.500 Kĉ that he charged for the worthless 40-60 cm “intermediate” lenses he substituted for my actual prescription. I recommend everyone AVOID this company at which a manager overrode the results of his own company’s professional’s eye exam to try to trick a customer into buying something unnecessary. I can with the correct prescription lenses see perfectly fine ALL distances beyond 50 cm, which the manager falsely claims is impossible. UPDATE: The guy is still pressuring me to buy a 3rd pair of glasses. He also lies saying I am satisfied, I AM NOT! No one should trust this man.

Very professional store! I crashed my glasses during a short trip to Prague and was in need of replacement. Easy Optic was the only store which could offer a proper stock of Ray Bans in different shapes and sizes. They offered the lowest price around. Very friendly staff, all in all far better than what you get in the shopping centres. Highly recommended!

They are very nice before you pay them money, but as soon as you want to get some information about your order status you can hear frustration in their voice and "diky" before you even ask another question. Czech customer service at it's best. I will pick my glasses up, but avoid this shop with such terrible and poor customer service. So I received a call from Store Manager Eric, very "nice guy" that can work with customers. He informed me, that my review wasn't trustworthy with growing tones (today is Friday and still no glasses btw), although it was promised I will get my glasses delivered by the end of the week. So he canceled my order. I am taking my business anywhere else, but the company that have such infantile and unprofessional attitude. We are not friends, we are in customer - store relationship. I went there for an eye exam and to get new glasses, and it was the most convenient and accessible experience I ever had buying glasses. You can book your appointment online, there was no waiting to be seen, the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, they spoke English very well, and they gave me transparent and complete information.

I have purchased here 4 different glasses and sunglasses so far. Every time I have been treated in a friendly and professional manner. Their website has real stock which makes easy to preselect frames and check them live easily. I also had to return a frame because of warranty claim which they solved in a surprisingly customer friendly way even though the issue was there because of the manufacturer. Everyone in the shop also speaks English very well.
