★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemný personál, profesionální přístup a skvělý servis. Optiku doporučuji, vyplatí se připlatit. Oceňuji pomoc při výběru, optička slečna Heráková hned pochopila moji představu a vybrala na první pokus dvoje brýle (každé jiné), ale oboje sedly:)
 Friendly staff, professional approach and great service. I recommend the optics, it pays to pay extra. I appreciate the help with the selection, the optician Miss Heráková immediately understood my idea and chose two glasses (each different) on the first try, but both saddles :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupila jsem si u vás brýle na základě kladných recenzí a vyplatilo se. Nemůžu hodnotit jinak než skvěle. Máte tu fullservis i po koupi brýlí, což se vyplatí, doufám, že i do budoucna mi s případnými problémy pomohou.
S optiky - panem Surenem, paní nebo slečnou Věrou Herákovou i s kolegyní Simonou na Francouzské, které jsem potkala, jsem byla moc spokojená, velice milí a ochotní lidé.
Jinak velký výběr, cenově sice vyšší, ale naprosto odpovídající kvalitě jak produktu tak služeb.

I bought glasses from you based on positive reviews and it paid off. I can't rate other than great. You have a full service here even after buying glasses, which pays off, I hope that they will help me with any problems in the future.
I was very satisfied, very nice and helpful people with the opticians - Mr. Suren, Mrs. or Miss Věra Heráková and with my colleague Simona na Francouzské, whom I met.
Otherwise a large selection, although higher in price, but perfectly corresponding to the quality of both product and services.

The girl is absolutely lovely, always really helpful and very professional...not to mention that her English is perfect, making the all process incredibly smooth! I definitely recommend to whoever needs a new pair of glasses! From now on, it will definitely be my point of reference for optic here in Prague!

We were helped really well, the optician really did her best to help us, put a lot of time and effort to fix the glasses and did a great job. She is very friendly, welcoming, kind and professional. Even for the simplest of problems like fixing the nose pads, etc. there was perfect level of professionalism, and the staff member was simply happy to help, without hesitation. Definitely recommend this store/showroom !
