★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Této pobočce říkám "bankovní underground", často se tam mění zaměstnanci, problém tam zpravidla vyřešit neumí a pokud se člověk na něčem dohodne nebo tam něco nastaví, kupodivu to nefunguje. Pobočka kamenné banky, která funguje hůře než internetové banky nebo bankovní franšízy.
I call this branch "banking underground", employees often change there, they usually can't solve the problem there, and if you agree on something or set something up, it doesn't work. A branch of a stone bank that works worse than an internet bank or banking franchise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší pobočka v rámci ČSOB, ale i v porovnání s ostatními bankami, chybí hlubší znalost produktů, pouze naučené fráze, nevyžádané zbytečné volání s dotazem "jestli je vše v pořádku".
The worst branch within ČSOB, but also in comparison with other banks, lacks a deeper knowledge of products, only learned phrases, unsolicited unnecessary calls with the question "if everything is OK".
