★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For customer service I can give 0, I waited 10 minutes, and nobody came to the desk. When I asked they said that all of them is busy. Behind me was 6 people already. Couldn’t wait longer, so great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff just staying and doing nothing. Asked them to print 35x45 mm fotos for a passport. It was not possible due to staff’s lack of knowledge and training.

The service is professional and soo great
They are the best of All Copy general
The price is 3 czk for black and white page
And 13 for the colorful print’s
There a one young awesome man called James Arthur !! And he speaks English so I recommend you go to him!!
He is the one who will always listen to your order and he is very polite and Welcoming.
I will sure come back to James Arthur❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is bad!
Prices are too high and their business strategy seems to be designed to rip off the average person.
They have a minimum charge of around 30czk, so not good if you walk in to print a few pages.
If you need to print a lot of pages, the price will be insane. So insane, that it will be practically cheaper to buy an inject printer (brand new) and print in color at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good point where to print your documents or photos. You can work by yourself (take the badge and go the working stations) or ask for assistance. They have the possibility to print on several different materials and also for interior design. The staff speaks English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came for a small printing job, and yet - the woman who worked there was very kind and helpful, and the price was fair. Another advantage - they have self-service stations in Czech and English (!)
Altogether - highly recommended.
