I	Ilona Shánělová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pán s ruským přízvukem měl urážlivé poznámky, auto se mu zdálo hodně špinavé (proto jsem přece v myčce, navíc co čekat v půlce ledna? ), cenu okamžitě navýšil o 30% oproti ceně uvedené na stránkách. Odjela jsem do myčky ve Vršovicích, kde vše proběhlo bez problémů. Krakov už nikdy!!! The man with the Russian accent had offensive remarks, the car seemed very dirty to him (that's why I'm in the car wash, what more can I expect in mid-January?), He immediately increased the price by 30% compared to the price listed on the website. I went to the dishwasher in Vršovice, where everything went smoothly. Krakow never again !!!
R	Radim Nigrin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOTÁLNÍ ZLODĚJINA!!! Pán se podíval na auto s baterkou a řekl mi cenu 3500 Kč, když vyzvedávala přítelkyně auto, tak jí naúčtoval4200 Kč!!!! Nevystavil jí ani doklad a že prej "pošle na email"!!!!! Kdyjž jsem tam pak jel osobně hodinu po té reklamovat tuhle zlodějinu tak přijel ruskej šéf, kterej mi začal vyhrožovat že mi rozmlátí držku když neodjedu. Naštěstí, ale přijeli policajti a uklidnili situaci. Nic jsem z něj nedostal a byl okradenej. NIKDY SEM NECHOĎTE!!!!! TOTAL THEFT! He didn't even issue her a document and that he would "send it by email" !!!!! When I went there in person an hour after that to complain about this thief, a Russian boss came and started threatening me to break my handle if I didn't leave. Fortunately, the cops arrived and calmed the situation. I didn't get anything from him and he was robbed. NEVER GO HERE !!!!!

P	Petra Ackermannová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dělají si s cenami jak chtějí. Člověk vlastně neví, kolik bude platit. Jednou 2 500 a druhý den za 3 500. Mají tam pána, co neumí (údajně) vystavit doklad, neumí tedy ve chvíli, kdy zákazník začne vyvádět, když ho chtějí stáhnout o víc peněz. Tam ruka neví co dělá noha, a každý Vám tam řekne něco jiného. Jeden den podle pána je auto málo znečištěné, druhý den s jiným pánem je tolik, že Vám vyšroubují cenu jak to jde. Prostě jak se to hodí, že? Katastrofa jednání. Přijede pan vedoucí, vrátí 500 jako držhubný a vypadni. Příště vybírám někoho, kdo má rovné jednání, a ne zloděje. They do with the prices as they want. You don't really know how much you will pay. P	Pavlína Tejnorová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mytí výsledek byl ok, auto čisté a navoňené. Objednala jsem program 4, tedy umýt a vyluxovat auto včetně kufru. Pán i tak auto vytepoval, že bylo špinavé a chtěl o 500 Kč navíc. Auto je rok staré, takže určitě to nijak strašně špinavé vevnitř nebylo. Takže pokud vám při předání do myčky bude špatně česky mluvící obsluha říkat něco jako "všechno bude dobrý, vytepuju" tak rozhodně se odradit, že tuto službu nechcete. Nebo ji pak neplatit.
