★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never deal with Vodafone and use their service!!!! Different employees give different information contradicting each other! Was many times told that I have closed all the bills and then I receive a penalty pay! Was also told that I need to cancel contract 2 weeks in advance but then - other worker told thats its 1 months and I have to either pay or wait more. Was told that I didn't pay my bill when I did and have a proof. I left CZ already and they still chase me, asking to pay the amount that I don't need to pay. Terrible. Avoid them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope that employee which I went to him last week reads my feedback. First of all he started talking rudely once he saw that I am a foreigner.secondly, he wasn't wearing his face mask even tho it was obligatory but still that's not the biggest one. the biggest one was when I kept asking about the offers and he said "oufff" it's like he got annoyed from getting asked even tho it's his job I hope that any action gets taken against this rude man (he has long blonde hair).

I had to wait a bit, but that depends on the people you get in front of you.
