The guys their speak Russian, English and Czech, there were no problems with communication. I was familiarized with insurance conditions, including its exclusions and special cases.
I was not pushed to write documents without reading them, also the person there was patient and calm when I asked to translate some agreement points from Czech to Russian.
There were no queues, office looks fine, wi-fi is working :)
