★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud bych osobně nepřišel na pobočku z jiného důvodu, vůbec bych se nedozvěděl, že mám u pojišťovny dluh 11.745 Kč. Proč by se také VZP měla obtěžovat mi to dát vědět, když si účtuje za každý den prodlení penále 0,05% z dlužné částky. Toto se nedá nazvat jinak než šmejdské praktiky. Z doslechu vím, že konkurenční pojišťovna dá vědět o dluhu hned.
 If I did not come to the branch in person for another reason, I would not know at all that I have a debt of CZK 11,745 with the insurance company. Why VZP should also bother to let me know, when it charges a penalty of 0.05% of the amount due for each day of delay. This cannot be called anything other than blacksmith practices. I can hear from a hearing that a competing insurance company will let you know about the debt right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pvzp is so terrible, I do not know why the government requires everyone to buy this. This is monopoly without any service. I send them emails , they either reply in CZ or do not reply at all. My claims have not been settled for months. Terrible, really really terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am leaving a review for VZP not PVZP. They are on this address too. The people in this branch are the best people to deal with even you don't speak Czech. Very accommodating people and always help you understand the laws and rules and explain the required documents. I have been to other VZP offices where i only get "neruzumin" and a rolling eyes. Big shout out to these lovely staff here❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Tomáš Šubrt for your help changing my address today. He was very professional and polite. He also went through all the bonuses that VZP offer their clients which I previously didn't know about, and he helped me set up the online account so I can see my previous payments. If you're not confident speaking Czech, I would recommend visiting this branch as they are very helpful and speak English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know how other commercial insurances are. But PVZP is terrible. Almost all doctors/clinics told us that they don’t pay them any money and that they are extremely difficult to deal with. Everything they need to approve and review and it takes ages on purpose so you would give up, even for serious conditions. You are basically better off going anywhere else than here
