★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud nechcete nic složitého , tak bezva ,ale běda jak přijdete s něčím komplikovaným , to pak slyšíte z druhé strany stále se opakující naučené fráze a osobní přístup je najednou ten tam. To může VZP zaměstnávat automaty ! I když s tou elektronikou je taky na tom mizerně . V roce 2022 , kdy se chce všechno DÁVNO elektronicky , tak po mé 75 leté mámě chce dodat doručený papírový dopis , kde jí slíbilo příspěvek 500,- na léčiva za covid očkování , aby jí ten příspěvek mohla schválit. Máma ho nenašla , takže žádost zamítnuta . No nic , mamce jsem koupil to co chtěla , ale že v dnešní době se nemůže VZP podívat do počítače komu dopis posílala , to je unikum ! Pak at' se zase někdy VZP v médiích chlubí akcí pro důchodce !

In 2022, when everything WANTED electronically, she wants to deliver a paper letter to my 75-year-old mother, promising her a contribution of 500 drugs for covid vaccinations so that she can approve the contribution. Mom didn't find him, so the request was denied. Well, nothing, I bought my mother what she wanted, but the fact that nowadays VZP can't look into the computer to whom she sent the letter, that's unique! Then, again, VZP in the media boasts events for retirees!

They were extremely rude to me for not being able to speak Czech, they did not treat me as an equal client and tried to kick me out of the office over asking them to clarify details because "they don't have time to explain things to me when there are other clients waiting".
They were laughing in my face and told me to "come with a Czech speaking person next time".
Yeah, like that is a possibility for everyone, to just ask a Czech speaking person to go with them to their own health insurance office in the middle of the day.
These people are extremely rude and I do not recommend any English speakers to go to this office or registrate at this company. They will mistreat you and would consider you garbage.
I was humiliated and traumatised. If you can avoid this place, I recommend it full heartedly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service, paní did not speak English at all, she replied “no” to all our requests, seemed like she did not have the slightest wish to help, though we tried to speak Czech. I am very disappointed with the best insurance company in the Czech Republic, VZP should send its employees on language courses or at least teach how to provide decent customer service
