★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kooperativa bývala možná kdysi solidní. Nyní jsou na úrovni šmejdských prodejců hrnců a dek. Všeobecné podmínky skrývají mnoho "háčků" a fint o jejichž existenci vám prodejci lžou. Vyšší pojistné obhajují solidností a vstřícným přístupem....No, vstřícnost funguje do doby nahlášení pojistné události. Poté nastupuje otrávenost, neřešení situace, lhaní, uvádění polopravd a zamlčování potřebných informací.
The cooperative may have once been solid. Now they are at the level of blacksmith sellers of pots and blankets. The general conditions hide many "hooks" and tricks about the existence of which sellers lie to you. Higher premiums are defended by solidity and helpfulness .... Well, helpfulness works until the time of reporting the insured event. Then comes annoyance, not solving the situation, lying, telling half-truths and concealing the necessary information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při vichřici mi na auto spadla část dřevěné střechy. Auto je na odpis a zde mi upozornili na sjednané připojištění živelné pohromy k povinnému ručení na které jsem po tolika letech úplně zapoměla. Moc mi pomohli a jsou velice vstřícní.
During a storm, part of the wooden roof fell on my car. The car is depreciated and here they pointed out the agreed insurance of natural disaster to MTPL, which I completely forgot after so many years. They helped me a lot and are very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak bohužel i druhá návštěva po půl roce proběhla špatně ? opět paní P. a bohužel nevyřešeno. Museli jsem na jinou pobočku a tam vše bez problémů. Jednu hvězdičku dávám paní že je milá a hodná ale bohužel se nachází na místě kde ji to moc nejde.
So, unfortunately, the second visit after half a year went badly - again Mrs. P. and unfortunately unresolved. We had to go to another branch and everything there without any problems. I give one star to a lady that she is nice and kind, but unfortunately she is in a place where she doesn't do well.
