A bunch of nasty fuckers are gonna call you before you get into the yard. It is a shame that the rating does not allow you to put more than one star in the currency.

I called the number pasted on the door, the gentleman said about the license plate and within 5 minutes. he was out. Waiting time short.

Very nice environment and very intuitive arrival .. I arrived around 12:00, before me in the box was only one car to shoot after a crash .. The technician was very helpful and pleasant. The application was immediately tracked by license plate number from a small technical card.

That was an experience. I booked at 7:30 to get to work after the tour. Some footman was standing in front of the entrance, but without a livery, who didn't want to let me in, that they weren't ready yet, and he didn't even let me get in front of the entrance, so as not to block the arrival of the deputy. So he let me in with a delay. Inside a roofed courtyard, 3 car boxes, a passageway and three doors. Nobody anywhere. Nobody picked up the phone. So I tried one of the doors where the boy was sitting, who couldn't even say hello to raise his butt and advise me when he saw me standing on their backyard and trying to call somewhere, of course, he didn't even think. I told him I was ordered to check out the car after the crash, and he needed the order number. For that, if we don't put the car in the box when I'm in the middle of the yard, so he sent me to twos. I parked in the box and went back, reporting the order number, and he wanted a technician I left in the car, of course. So again in the car for the technician and minutes running. Then he started to deal with me what I want to do (invoice / budget), although when reporting the insured event to Kooperativa I was told that I would arrange this with the liquidator, not the search engineer. So when I approved his budget and finally got up, he walked around the car and took a dented hood. I showed him that I still had a torn bumper, but he refused to shoot it if I didn't dismantle it, that he needed to see it physically. I was already knocking with rage and asked him if I had a 10 cm bumper out of the frame, it seemed like a "psychic." So he ended it by inviting a technician to shoot for service when the bumper was removed. So the whole visit is totally useless! And that is not the end, I ask where I go and showed me that by leaving the box, so I left and for about 4x on the yard turned towards the exit shown. And then it occurred to her that in fact it would not be possible that the trip was not working and that I had to go in the opposite direction, so that it was 4x again. Conclusion: never order a tour here, always invite a technician to yourself, when he doesn't shoot what he has, sign nothing and let him come again, for example, until the service.
