Které jste nikdy nevyplňovali ,přidělávají vám starosti, když žádáte o přeregistraci...vše odesílají jen na centrálu do Ostravy a vy čekáte na vyjádření. Policie vše řeší a doufám, že viník bude potrestán!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! This insurance company accepts false applications for registration and processes your personal data. Which you have never filled in, worry you when you apply for re-registration ... they only send everything to the headquarters in Ostrava and you wait for an opinion. The police are solving everything and I hope that the culprit will be punished !!!
P	Pavel Řepka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Slavná" RBP. Máma u nich byla skoro 20 let. Nyní se odhlásila protože v Čechách nemají smlouvy s lékaři. Vlastně ne z možné nespokojenosti, ale nutnosti. Stane se. Ovšem co mne šokovalo, byla následná reakce ze strany pojišťovny. Příklad: Měla nátok na lázně. Doporučení od 5ti lékařů. Do teď v pohodě, pokaždé běž problémů. Jakmile dala ale výpověď, najednou to nejde. Prostě se zachovali tak že sám pojišťovnu změním klidně i za VZP. Nerozumím tomu proč se někdo dokáže takhle obrátit. Zvažte, hodně zvažte pokud se pro tuto "pojišťovnu" chcete rozhodnout. "Famous" RBP. My mother was with them for almost 20 years. Now she has checked out because they do not have contracts with doctors in the Czech Republic. Actually, not out of possible dissatisfaction, but out of necessity. Becomes. However, what shocked me was the subsequent reaction from the insurance company. Example: She had an inlet to the spa. Recommendations from 5 doctors. Until now, fine, always run into problems. But once she resigned, it suddenly didn't work. They simply behaved in such a way that I would easily change the insurance company under VZP. I don't understand why anyone can turn like this. Consider a lot if you want to decide for this "insurance company".
p	petr macicek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejde o pobočku, ale celou pojišťovnu...po sedmi letech chtějí doložit dva měsíce, kdy bylo placeno pojistné bankovním převodem, kde pojišťovna není schopna dohledat platbu ( po 7 letech !!!)..po těch letech není možné stáhnout výpisy v internetové bance, ale je nutné jít na pobočku banky...zbytečné lítání kvůli jejich nepořádku It is not a branch, but the entire insurance company ... after seven years they want to prove two months when the premium was paid by bank transfer, where the insurance company is unable to trace the payment (after 7 years !!!) .. after those years it is not possible to download statements on the Internet bank, but it is necessary to go to the bank branch ... unnecessary flying due to their clutter

Paní nebyla schopná autorizaci udělat, navíc mě ani zpět nepozdravila a rovnou na mě štěkla: "Vy chcete co?" Myslím, že by paní měla balit korále do pytlíků, než jednat s lidmi. Today I was at the branch to authorize the account on the ZP portal. The lady was not able to do the authorization, moreover, she didn't greet me even back and barked at me straight away: "You want what?" I think the lady should pack the beads in bags before dealing with people.
M	Monika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nejhorší pojišťovna. Když vás lákají, slibují modré z nebe, když po nich chcete něco zaplatit, tak se cukají a vymýšlejí, proč to nejde. Benefity nejhorší ze všech pojišťoven, nic jiného, než hubu plnou keců nemají Na pobočce sedí znuděná ženská, která, když tam přijdete, tváří se, že ji okrádáte o pauzu, absolutně neochotná vyjít vám jakkoliv vstříc. Radši VZP než tohle. Absolutely the worst insurance company. When they attract you, they promise blue from the sky, when you want to pay something for them, they suck and figure out why it doesn't work. Benefits worst of all insurance companies, they have nothing but a bullshit full of bullshit. Better VZP than this.
