L	Lucia Tomečková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aj tú jednu hviezdičku sem dávam len preto, že musím, lebo inak ma to nepustí zverejniť recenziu: Som veľmi sklamaná, s akou spoločnosťou SYNLAB Czech pri odberoch táto firma spolupracuje. Dnes som bola na PCR odbere v OC Butoviciach, riadne objednaná na sobotu s tým, že potrebujem na naozaj finančne nákladnú cestu vycestovať s hodinovo presne určeným testom napriek 3xočkovanosti, za medzinárodný certifikát som riadne zaplatila. Prišla som podľa objednávky v sobotu, certifikát mi však poslali s potvrdením, že bol vykonaný o deň skôr 4.3. okolo 15,00 hod, čo samozrejme nie je pravda a spôsobili to, že nespĺňam podmienky vstupu do krajiny. Všetky potvrdenia o tom, že ma testovali v sobotu 5.3. a nie piatok 4.3. samozrejme mám. Neviem sa nikde dovolať, aby laboratórium chybu okamžite opravilo a ja som mohla odletieť. Nikde, žiadny hotline telefón, nič. Ak chybu urobia v nedeľu, nemáte šancu na opravu ich chyby, ak v sobotu po 14,00 hod rovnako, v pracovné dni to isté. Som nemilo prekvapená, že v dnešnej, tak aj logisticky náročnej dobe, sa môže jedno laboratórium správať takto amatérsky a nezodpovedne. Určite to nenechám tak, vrátane ZP, na ktorú sa prinajmenšom obrátiť. Držte si palce, aby mi certifikát akceptovali, inak som pripravená žiadať náhradu škody. I also give that one star here just because I have to, because otherwise it won't let me publish a review: I'm very disappointed with what company SYNLAB Czech this company cooperates with. Today I was duly ordered for PCR sampling in OC Butovice, with the proviso that I need to travel on a really financially expensive trip with an hourly test, despite 3 vaccinations, I duly paid for the international certificate. I arrived according to the order on Saturday, but the certificate was sent to me confirming that it was executed the day before 4.3. around 3 pm, which of course is not true and caused me not to meet the conditions for entry into the country. All confirmations that they tested me on Saturday 5.3. and not Friday 4.3. of course I have. I can't call anywhere for the lab to fix the error immediately so I can fly away. Nowhere, no hotline phone, nothing. If they make a mistake on Sunday, you have no chance to correct their mistake, if on Saturday after 2 pm as well, on weekdays the same. I was not pleasantly surprised that in today's, as well as logistically demanding time, one laboratory can behave in such an amateurish and irresponsible way. I will certainly not leave it at that, including ZP, to which at least to turn. Keep your fingers crossed that my certificate will be accepted, otherwise I am ready to claim damages.
B	Bára Žáčková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příšerné. Byla jsem na pobočce Praha 4 ulice Táborská a už tam nikdy nevkročím. Místo toho aby vás otestovali tak tam sedí a přijímají telefonáty. Byli tam dva, jedna holka která jen seděla, 15 minut počkala než tam poslali člověka na test, za 2 sekundy ho otestovala a bylo hotovo. Pak tam byl kluk který se měl věnovat osobním údajům atd., ale místo toho celou dobu telefonoval. To nemluvě o tom s jakou pomalostí práci vykonával. Ťukal do klávesnice jako by ji nikdy nespatřil. Naprosto neprofesionální přístup, tam už nepůjdu. Terrible. I was at the Prague 4 branch of Táborská Street and I will never go there again. Instead of testing you, they sit there and receive phone calls. There were two of them, one girl who was just sitting, waiting 15 minutes before sending a man there for a test, she tested him in 2 seconds and it was done. Then there was a guy who was supposed to deal with personal information, etc., but instead he called all the time. Not to mention the slowness of his work. He tapped on the keyboard as if he had never seen her. Absolutely unprofessional approach, I will not go there anymore.
K	Katherine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Díky recenzním na toto odběrové místo v Táborské 31, jsem měla opravdu strach, že nám výsledek nepřijde včas a neodletíme na zaplacenou dovolenou. Nicméně recenzím absolutně nerozumím! Zkušenost s tímto odběrovým místem byla dnes úžasná. Nejen, že slečna byla neskutečně milá a vstřícná! Ale test jsme měli vyhodnocený do pěti hodin! Na odběru jsme byli v 18:00 a ve 22:53 nám přišly výsledky. Moc děkujeme za ušetřený stres s tím, zda nám přijdou testy do odletu a za skvělé jednání!! However, I absolutely do not understand the reviews! The experience with this collection point was amazing today. Not only was the young lady incredibly kind and helpful! But we had the test evaluated within five hours! We were at the collection at 18:00 and at 22:53 we received the results. Thank you very much for the stress saved, whether we will receive tests before departure and for the great behavior !!

Jestli si chcete počkat 50 hodin na vyhodnocení testu, které vám ve státních institucích vyhodnotí zpravidla ten samý den, tak jste zde správně. Rezervační systém jen na oko - stejně si počkáte 10-15 minut, tzn. stejně dlouho jako kdekoliv jinde bez rezervace. Jelikož se jedná se o soukromou firmu, která ma patrně za cíl vyždímat co nejvíc prostředků ze současné covid situace, začne vám být jasné, že o lidi zde skutečně nepůjde :) The slowest evaluation of PCR tests in Prague. A	Assel Zhalgaspayeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there millions of time, and loved the CN a lot, but the last time I visited them, they have created an extra administration fee - 200CZK for PCR, even if the insurance covers the PCR. I just do not understand that! The government says that PCR is for free 2x per month, and this laboratory creates their own rules. And they cannot even clearly explain what for are you paying! Otherwise, the staff is polite! Please been aware about the fee there, for absolutely nothing, just for making extra money from the air! Others laboratories are not asking any extras for PCR!
