I moved here in November (American) and was stressed about trying to find a place on facebook, etc. Barbora (Obdrzalkova) had a flat that I liked but it had just been rented but she said she would be happy to help me look for another. It turns out she is simply the best: professional, responsive, knowledgeable, funny. She helped with all the foreign paperwork, etc. and helped with any questions I had about Prague. And she’s a great person!! Also, I love my apartment. Just use this company everybody....

My fiancée and I needed to sort out all the papers and arrange our wedding (that involved also official translations) in Prague in a very short amount of time and in less than 20 days all the process was done, therefore our problem solved. Since they first moment they were quick and clear in their responses (even communicating out of business hours), and all the process was smooth and clear. I want to thank personally to Veronika (Rybenská), which put is in contact with Martin (Faů), which did an excellent job. Besides his professional behavior, accuracy, invaluable advices and his proactive attitude, he was also very friendly with us, supportive and all the process was transparent and smooth with him. They cut straight to the core, understood my needs and the official process itself. If I could leave 6 stars I would, high recommended professional approach. It was all fine in the beginning but once I moved out the landlord refused to give back the deposit because according to him I moved out to early even though I was allowed according to our contract. The broker told me later on that it was a contract set up by the landlord and not by the company and that she is sorry and also was not familiar enough with the real estate law to tell me if the landlord is lying or not. The only reason for me to use a broker in Prague was to NOT get scammed by a landlord where I do not speak the language and since I am the one who pays the broker I expect at least to sign a decent contract or to get informed that the landlord insisted on keeping his version before handing it to me since that would have been suspicious already. At the end I won’t see my deposit back and the company stays in business with the scamming landlord which is why I do not recommend their services

He was so kind, patient and very responsive to my e-mails and questions. I could reach out my document quickly and without any problem because of his attention and timing. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and were incredibly communicative (available via email, whatsapp, video call). They assisted in compiling the required documentation as well as assisting once I arrived in the Czech Republic. Absolutely would recommend using their services! Very fairly priced.
