★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V jejich pracovni dobe se neda dovolat. Pak ma clovek vyresit, ze domaci po vas vse chce hotove a bez dokladu a jeste vas vydira. dovolala jsem se jen vratnemu, ktery mi potvrdil, ze jeste pracuji a meli by zvednout :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na podaný podnět o nekalé praktice prodejce, mi bylo po více než 30 dnech odpovězeno, že ČOI má v současné době jiné priority a že si to mám řešit sám. To jsem se zase jednou spolehl na stát, děkuji za nic!!
After more than 30 days, I was told by the complaint about unfair practice of the seller that the CTI has other priorities and that I should deal with it myself. I once again counted on the state, thank you for nothing !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přidávám + 1⭐, protože infolinka reaguje rychle o ochotně, ovšem co se týče přímé komunikace se zaměstnanci - inspektory, plně souhlasím se zdejšími 2 recenzemi. Doplním, že hlavní chyba bude "klasicky" výš - tj pokud se Česká obchodní inspekce ze zákona nezabývá tzv šedým dovozem a nejen na tržištích, ale přímo ve značkových obchodních centrech jsou provozovny firem, které těchto děr v legislativě (nejsmutnější? ukázkou je firma VK Servis, nacházející se v nákupní galerii hypermarketu Kaufland v Libni) zneužívají ke svým - více než velmi! pochybným "obchodním" aktivitám...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volal jsem na ČOI, nejenom že mi telefon nikdo opakovaně nebral 3 dny! Ale když už jsem se KONEČNĚ dovolal, tak mě arogantně odbyli !!! Je toto normální? K čemu tam jako jsou????
