★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na matrice opakovaně nezvedají telefon v úředních hodinách. Přestože mají minimum lidí v čekárně, slyšíte jak si uvnitř povídají, smějí se a následně si jednou za čas někoho zavolají "aby se neřeklo"... Nesmyslně si tak počkáte klidně půl hodiny i přes jejich pořadový systém. Paní odchází dříve než by měly a nedodržují otevírací dobu v úřední dny.
 They do not answer the telephone repeatedly during office hours. Even though they have a minimum of people in the waiting room, you hear them chatting inside, laughing, and then calling someone "from time to time" once in a while ... Ms. leaves earlier than they should and do not respect opening hours on office days.

Všichni příjemní, vstřícní, formální.
Žádné fronty, paní úřednice se mi po nahlášení přes terminál, okamžitě začala věnovat.
Děkuji.
I was handling a change of address outside of business days.
All pleasant, helpful, formal.
No queues, the clerk, immediately began to attend to me after reporting through the terminal.

There was a very gentle security man who leads me to the correct floor, there was a very modern ticket machine with English language, and then when my turn arrived, a gentle ask to the office man if he speaks in English, and in a very unpolite way he just said I don't speak English, you should speak Cezch and proceed to open the door of the office and kick me out. .
