Nikdo nezvedá telefony, zapisují si špatně informace. 15 minut čekání na prvním čísle, kde mě propojí na druhé číslo které po 15 minutách zloží, tak zavolám novu - čekám 15 minut - zeptám si přímo číslo kde mě propojili a místo toho mě zase propojí kde čekám 15 minut a zase se to položí...
Catastrophe. Nobody picks up the phones, they write down the wrong information. 15 minutes of waiting on the first number, where they connect me to the second number, which after 15 minutes will call, so I'll call a new one - I'm waiting 15 minutes - I'll ask directly the number where they connected me and instead connect me again where I'm waiting for 15 minutes and put it down again. ..
