★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ochotná paní, vše jsem si domluvil po telefonu a na pobočce jen vyřešil v rychlosti zbytek. Kolega si nestihl ani vykouřit cigaretu, takže za mě naprostá spokojenost. Snad nebudu muset do budoucna resort i nepříjemné záležitostí, které budou na dýl, každopádně za mně plný počet ;)
Helpful lady, I arranged everything over the phone and at the branch just solved the rest in a quick way. My colleague didn't manage to smoke a cigarette, so total satisfaction for me. Hopefully I will not have in the future resort and unpleasant affairs, which will be longer, in any case for me the full number;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na pobočce v Berouně jsou velmi příjemní a ochotní. Bez čekání poradili, vysvětlili, smlouvu upravili a bylo to. Příjemně strávených deset minut. Na tuhle pobocku jsem natrefil nahodou. Až budu zase něco potřebovat řešit s pojišťovnou, vím kam mám jít. Do Berouna.
At the branch in Beroun they are very nice and helpful. Without waiting, they advised, explained, modified the contract, and that was it. Pleasantly spent ten minutes. I came across this branch by accident. When I need to deal with the insurance company again, I know where to go. To Beroun.
