★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na pobočce s nami jednala mila pracovinice, vse nam ukazala a nekolikrat vysvetlila. Jedinym negativem bylo, ze tam byla sama, takze pri nejakem delsim vyrizovani musi ostatni klienti docela dlouho cekat.
At the branch, we had a nice employee, showed us everything and explained several times. The only negative was that she was there alone, so with some longer handling other clients have to wait quite a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato pojišťovna likvidovala škodu na mém autě, z povinného ručení jejich klienta. Za totální škodu jsem dostal pár tisícovek, za které nekoupím ani kolo. Mou reklamaci řešili naprosto nefér jednáním. Nechápu jak tahle firma může existovat. Nikdy jejich sluźeb nevyužijí, jedna zkušenost stačí. Lituju jejich klienty.
This insurance company settled the damage to my car from the liability of their client. For the total damage I got a few thousand, for which I do not buy a bike. My complaint was handled completely unfairly. I don't understand how this business can exist. They will never use their services, one experience is enough. I regret their clients.
