★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neseriózní jednání, jenom samé výmluvy a výluky z plnění. Zůstat nepojisten je mnohem bezpečnější než se spoléhat na tuto společnost!!!
Unreliable behavior, just excuses and exclusions. Staying uninsured is much safer than relying on this company !!!

The insurance company is located in an old, not very well-kept barracks, but this does not affect the employee's behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Natrafila som na veľmi milú paniu, ktorá mala všeobecný prehľad o problematike aj širší, ako musela mať pre túto poisťovňu a poradila mi ohľadom konkrétnych krokov, aj keď sme sa zhodli, že mojej požiadavke nemôže vyhovieť, lebo tomu nezodpovedali jej kompetencie. Ľudskosť žije aj v dobe korony :)
I came across a very nice lady who had a general overview of the issue and a broader than she had to have for this insurance company and advised me on specific steps, although we agreed that she could not meet my request because her competencies did not match. Humanity lives even in the time of the corona :)
