★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud platim pojisteni je vsechno v poradku, kdyz nektere z pojisteni (urazove a zivotni, motoroveho vozidla aj.) rusim tak to nejde hned a ohani se vypovedni lhutou, musi si prece jeste neco uskubnout. Kdy uz zacnou konecne ctit pravidlo,, NAS ZAKAZNIK, NAS PAN''? Kvuli par korunam ztraci klienty a arogantni pristup i jednani neni zrovna vizitka profesionalu. Za me osobne uz se k teto pojistovne nikdy nevratim, i kdyby meli pojistky levnejsi nez konkurence. Pro predstavu jsem jim platil za vsechny me pojisteni 35tis.Kc rocne. Pobocku v Jihlave rozhodne nedoporucuji a nedal bych ani jednu hvezdicku.

When will they finally start respecting the rule "OUR CUSTOMER, OUR LORD"? Due to a few crowns, clients are losing and arrogant attitudes and negotiations are not exactly a business card. For me personally, I will never return to this insurance company, even if they have cheaper insurance than the competition. To give you an idea, I paid them $ 35,000 a year for all my insurance. I definitely do not recommend the branch in Jihlava and I would not give a single star.
