★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je tam i velké parkoviště ale zaparkovat tam tak to je zázrak. Parkuji tam auta ale tolik zaměstnanců ve Vzp určitě není. No a ve Vzp vše rychlejší než bývalo zvykem takže zlepšení.
There is also a large parking lot but to park there is a miracle. I park cars there, but there aren't that many employees in Vzp. And in Vzp, everything is faster than usual, so improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorsi jednani s klienty jaky jsem kdy poznal to je lepsi si nechat prachy a osetreni si zaplatit jednorazove. Chovaji se jako dobytek. Normalne bych jim ten bordel zrusil.
The worst dealings with clients I have ever known, it is better to keep the money and pay a lump sum once. They act like cattle. Normally, I would break the mess for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úřednice sice milé, ale bohužel hloupé jako celý byrokratický systém VZP. Proti lidské blbosti se dá jen těžko bojovat. Člověk tam pořád lítá, má poctivě všechny dokumenty, co VZP požaduje na svých stránkách a radši vezme i deset lejster navíc a stejně vás od přepážky vyhodí, protože si vymyslí další nesmyslné doklady a papíry. Vrcholem je, když chtěli, aby mi moje dvojměsíční dcera napsala plnou moc, že za ni jako otec mohu s VZP jednat. Celá rodina mé kamarádky se už při podobném jednání tak rozčílila, že celou rodinu od VZP odhlásila k jiné pojišťovně. Asi je budeme následovat.
Officials are nice, but unfortunately stupid as the whole VZP bureaucratic system. It is difficult to fight human stupidity. You still fly there, you honestly have all the documents that VZP requires on its website, and you'd better take ten extra files, and they'll kick you out of the counter anyway, because they'll come up with other pointless papers and papers. The climax is when they wanted my two-month-old daughter to write me a power of attorney that I could negotiate with VZP on her behalf as a father. My friend's whole family was so upset at a similar meeting that she left the whole family from VZP to another insurance company. We'll probably follow them.

I did not take out car insurance here, the branch in Benešova Street next to Rossmanq takes care of that
