★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní za přepážkou této pobočky není schopná ani na třetí pokus zhotovit dodatek k pojistné smlouvě tak, aby byl společností akceptován! Centrála společnosti zamítá žádost o dodatek na základě první chyby, kterou ve formuláři najde a další chybu svého zaměstnance vám oznámí až po odstranění první chyby. Banalita se tak stává neřešitelným problémem. Těžko říci kolik návštěv pobočky je třeba pro zhotovení a akceptaci dodatku ke smlouvě. Shrnout by se to dalo asi takto.
Špatně proškolený zaměstnanec nezvládající svou práci. Špatně nastavený proces, na neprofesionálně odvedenou práci je upozorněn klient a ten nese následky – zaměstnanec nenapraví svou chybu (ani nedojde k dodatečnému proškolení) jen vás znova pošlou na pobočku. Doporučuji se pobočce obloukem vyhnout, ideálně zvolit jinou instituci.

Banality thus becomes an unsolvable problem. It is difficult to say how many visits to the branch are needed to make and accept an amendment to the contract. It could be summarized as follows.
Poorly trained employee who cannot do his job. Improperly set process, the client is notified of the unprofessional work and he bears the consequences - the employee will not correct his mistake (nor will there be additional training) they will only send you to the branch again. I recommend avoiding the branch by arching, ideally choosing another institution.
