★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maličká pošta, ale je vhodná pro lidi s kočárkem, protože tu nejsou schody jako na nedaleké velké poště na Čkalovově ulici. Dopoledne a brzy po poledni nebývají fronty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ano ... klasická pošta, kde vybavíte všechny základní služby, např. i ověřování podpisů. Jsou zde 2 přepážky a velmi malý prostor, takže při větším počtu lidí je tato pošta okamžitě zaplněna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malý prostor, horko, lidé stojí řadu až ven, zaměstnankyně za přepážkami zatím pokaždé otrávené a protivné. Mám zkušenosti s mnoha pobočkami, nikde neřešili milimetr přes maximální výšku a vždy psaní dorazilo. Tady řeší každý mikrometr a ještě z vás dělají hlupáky, že si to neumíte dobře zabalit a máte si u nich koupit lepicí pásku. Kdyby aspoň rozdíl v tom poštovném nebyl tak velký (obyčejné psaní 23 Kč doporučené 54!) za věc, která nemá hodnotu ani zmíněného poštovného. Jsem znechucená, raději si zajdu poslat kousek dál, než tady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevhodné jednání úřednice v telefonu, na obecný dotaz o hlavní poště odvětila že nejsou informační služba! Přitom hlavní pošta Poruba má uvedeno špatné číslo telefonu pro kontakt 954 270 800 které je neplatné.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takhle špatnou pobočku jsem dlouho neviděl. Arogantní personál, který je nedostatečně proškolený - neznají vlastní služby. Snažili se mi nakecat, že dopis, který jsem přišel podat, musím poslat doporučeně. Že obyčejně nepůjde. Řekl jsem, že nesouhlasím a odnesl jsem dopis na jinou pobočku, kde jej bez problému přijali jako obyčejný. Rozhodně se vyplatí zajít si do jiné pobočky než zde.
I haven't seen such a bad branch in a long time. Arrogant staff who are insufficiently trained - they do not know their own services. They tried to tell me that I had to send the letter I came by registered mail. That he usually won't. I said that I did not agree and took the letter to another branch, where they accepted it as ordinary without any problems. It is definitely worth going to a branch other than here.
