K	Klára Braš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krom dinosauřích (ne)služeb ČP, je tato pošta vždy přetížená, funguje méně než polovina přepážek většinu času. Je jedno, jestli jdu ve všední den ráno, v poledne nebo k večeru, vždy zde strávím více než 15 minut. Díky modernizaci už mě aspoň neposílají z jedné strany na druhou, jak se dělo před. Chybí zde nájezd pro kočárky a vozíky. Nedokážu si představit, že by každý s kočárem pokaždé volal obsluhu na spuštění plošiny, asi by zde byla čekačka o dalších 10 minut více. Po každé návštěvě zde by si každý zasloužil sezení u psychologa. Apart from dinosaur (non) ČP services, this mail is always overloaded, less than half of the counters work most of the time. It doesn't matter if I go on a weekday morning, noon or in the evening, I always spend more than 15 minutes here. Thanks to modernization, at least they don't send me from one side to the other, as happened before. There is no ramp for strollers and carts. I can't imagine that everyone with a carriage would always call the operator to start the platform, there would probably be a waiting 10 minutes more. After each visit here, everyone would deserve a session with a psychologist.
H	Hana Kapustková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel nejdou dát záporné hvězdičky. Tiskla jsem lístek v 11:14 a z pošty odcházela 11:51 a to jsem jen posílala doporučený dopis. Rekonstrukce k ničemu. Pro nálepku na dopis musela paní asi 3 metry, ležely na okenní parapetu... Člověk by řekl, že budou mít vše po ruce ať se nezdržují. Nebo je to opatření proti křečovým žilám a hemoroidům?!? Fakt tragédie. Doufám, ze tam zas dlouho nebudu muset.... Unfortunately, they cannot give negative stars. I printed the ticket at 11:14 and left the post office at 11:51 and I just sent a registered letter. Reconstruction to no avail. For the sticker on the letter, the lady had to say about 3 meters, they were lying on the window sill ... One would say that they will have everything at hand so that they do not stay. Or is it a measure against varicose veins and hemorrhoids?!? A real tragedy. I hope I won't have to go there for a long time ....
h	hynek burc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice důležitě zde udělali systém na lístky, ale i přes to tady v kteroukoliv hodinu musíte čekat ve frontě. Nechápu Českou poštu.. neexistuje nic horšího. Zlatá zásilkovna. They made a very important ticketing system here, but you still have to wait in line here at any time. I don't understand Czech Post .. there is nothing worse. Golden mail order.
T	Tomáš Balon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otevřené 4 přepážky z 9 a čekal jsem 58 minut na poslání doporučeného dopisu. A vedoucí ještě arogantně oznámí, že ve frontě čeká 51 lidí a na každého zákazníka je potřeba průměrně 2-3 minuty. Paráda ? Vyvolávací systém úplně k ničemu. Ženské si tam přednostně vyvolávají čísla jak se jim zlíbí. příště balík raději asi doručím adresátovi sám. Časově to vyjde podobně. Nad tim, že přišel e-mail, že balík je připraven k vyzvednutí a na terminálu hlásí, že balík na poště není, už člověku jen zůstane rozum stát.. Open 4 counters out of 9 and I waited 58 minutes to send a registered letter. And the manager will arrogantly announce that 51 people are waiting in line and an average of 2-3 minutes is needed for each customer. Great ? The summoning system is completely useless. Women prefer to call out numbers there as they please. next time I would probably deliver the package to the recipient myself. In time, it will work out similarly. The fact that the e-mail has arrived, that the package is ready to be picked up and reports at the terminal that the package is not at the post office, will only make sense.
T	Tereza Čechová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doručovatelé z této pobočky zkrátka nevhazují do schránek výzvy k vyzvednutí, už se mi to stalo asi 5x, a to i u dost důležitých zásilek. The deliverers from this branch simply do not throw pick-up calls into the mailboxes, it has already happened to me about 5 times, even for quite important shipments.

Everything worked great for me, the lady behind the counter was pleasant and helpful. Those who complain should go to our post office. Druzby, it's just a delicacy there

Nevim ,jestli paní pošťačky, které chodí na Opavskou ulici neumí zvonit na správný zvonek ,nebo jestli se jim proste nechce ,nevím, kde nastala chyba,ale už asi zhruba po 7x jsme dostali do schránky poukázku na vyzvednutí buďto zásilky nebo balíku i přes to ,že 100% víme, že jsme byli doma,takže není možné, aby nás nikdo nezastihl. Stává se to opakovaně, taky poukázka se do schránky hodí i o tři dny později s datem o tři dny dříve ( do schránky se díváme každý den). Bylo by dobré udělat v tom systém a nedělat z nás debily ,kteří musí zbytečně pokaždé na poštu. Tato služba má nějak fungovat a byla bych ráda,kdyby začala ,protože tohle je velmi špatná vizitka České pošty... This mail service is very poor. I don't know if the postwoman, who walks on Opavská Street, can't ring the right bell, or if they just don't want to, I don't know where the mistake occurred, but after about 7 times we got a voucher in the mailbox to pick up either the shipment or the package despite it. that we know 100% that we were at home, so it is not possible for no one to catch us. It happens repeatedly, the voucher also fits into the mailbox three days later with a date three days earlier (we look at the mailbox every day). It would be good to make a system of this and not make us morons who have to be in the mail unnecessarily every time. This service is supposed to work somehow and I would like it to start, because this is a very bad business card of the Czech Post ...
A	AUSTIG M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the load they have, and quality of people they have to deal with, big thumbs up. Besides being polite and helpful, and affording the services full even CZECHPOINT, my only regret that they removed the coffee machine, it was nice price and rest point on the way.
