Problém s doručením dopisu asi spíše pramení v nastavení procesů pošty jako celku. Dopis mi byl nakonec doručený. Omlouvám se za původní recenzi, byla nefér vůči zaměstnancům pobočky Bašť i paní doručovatelce, která nám doručuje poštu.
I am correcting my review, which was created under the influence of stress and anger. In retrospect, I must say that the people at the branch are nice and helpful. The problem with the delivery of the letter probably stems from the setup of the mail processes as a whole. The letter was finally delivered to me. I apologize for the original review, it was unfair to the employees of the Bašť branch and to the courier who delivers the mail to us.
