It is obviously impossible to deliver the letters to the clearly marked box, the packages are generally delivered to the post office, only tickets about the alleged failure to be found are thrown into the boxes with a delay of several days. I believe that even a carrier pigeon could do more than Czech Post deliverers. Amateurism of the coarsest grain, which, unfortunately, cannot be defended. I use this dubious organization only if there is no choice (eBay, etc.), but even that is too much.

There is an almost insurmountable problem with this mail .... delivery of pensions ❓ every month of waiting for it to be delivered, it has repeatedly happened that it simply was not. It is impossible to call, the last time I was lucky that my daughter came, I am in a wheelchair ... and went to the post office to ask why my pension was not delivered ... no one knows, then she learned that it was returned because I was not at home. I was at home, I can't get out of the house on my own without someone else's help, and on the day of my retirement I wouldn't even allow it. It was Friday, she didn't bring me the pension until Monday, when asked why it wasn't on Friday, the delivery girl cut me off ... I forgot, so what. So this is the current level of the Czech Post, which can only increase fees, decent behavior is also not very proper to them. When an exception occurs, one thinks that he got to another world‼ ️? I gave that star just for the few decent ones.

Snippets that experiences with the Olomouc Post: a package already paid that delivered abroad to a young lady with a different name in another part of Olomouc. The young woman unwrapped the package, realized it wasn't hers, honestly wrapped it and delivered it to the post office. There, after a few days, they decided to deliver with the label "accidentally unpacked". I only learned about reality through Facebook, where the honest girl contacted me. After a few weeks of waiting in vain for the delivery of a new payment card and just days before the expiration of the old one, I go to the bank. The letter was sent a long time ago, so I'm going to ask for mail. The lady behind the counter doesn't even have a dressing room, my own branch doesn't answer. The next day I cancel the card, wait ten days for a new one, which it delivers directly to the bank. When I return home, I find a letter with an already canceled card in the mailbox. Probably a lesson in patience. A letter in your own hands? In principle, they do not ring, only torn, unfilled, partially filled, or completely fictitious days are thrown into the boxes. Place pickup often wrong (I'm on the edge of two post offices). So I set out for a post office so that the lady ran back and forth in confusion and then told me that they just didn't have the letter and didn't know where it was. At that moment, he takes my number, and I request delivery again. I immediately find an electronic ticket in the email (new!). It contains the second post office. I'm getting married the next day. The young lady is constantly announcing that the letter is no longer there, it has already been sent to the depot for sending, so I wanted it. This concludes our conversation, if the letter is delivered, it is still in the stars. Shame, I wish it was possible not to give a star.

They claim that they have from 8 to 12 on Saturday. Today (Saturday, March 19, 2022) I arrived there at 9:43 and they were closed. No ticket anywhere. Just nothing.

The worst post office .... the person is at home all day and the postwoman doesn't even bother to ring the bell. He immediately throws the challenge into the clipboard. Then when you call the number, no one takes it. You request delivery the next day and no one comes again. ?
